Delaware Higher Education Office (DHEO) allows residents from Delaware to use their DE state grant award at Cedarville University.

Criteria:

• Students must complete a FAFSA by April 15th each academic year to determine eligibility for this need-based award
• Create DHEO account and other documents as requested by DHEO
