Grace Norman is Heading for Tokyo!

Grace Norman, a 2020 nursing graduate, will represent the United States of America at the 2021 Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan, which are taking place from August 24 to September 5.

It's official--Grace Norman will be representing the United States of America at the 2021 Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan. The games will take place August24 to September 5. Norman received official word of herplace on Team USA Sunday.

Norman is the reigning 2016 Paralympic gold medalist in the PT4 Triathlon and bronze recipient in the 400 meters in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. At 18 years of age, she was the youngest athlete in the field and the first to win the women's gold medal in the paratriathlon, as the sport debuted at the Games in Rio.

As a college athlete at Cedarville, Norman earned National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) All-America honors her senior year. Norman was a member of the Great Midwest Athletic Conference All-Academic team in 2017-18, and a member of the All-Freshman team in 2016-17.
